The Spiritual Academy™ was founded in October of 2018 to provide ideas that might relieve human suffering. These ideas are presented in a lighthearted way and are not affiliated with any religion, sect, group, philosophy, school, or science. The Spiritual Academy Inc. is a non-profit corporation that depends on individual and institutional donations.

The first idea is presented in Depression: One Frog’s Understanding, a 7 minute animated video offering a dialogue about depression which may be helpful to those suffering from depression. In the video, three frogs talk about losses in their lives and the symptoms of depression they experience. A fourth frog shares a definition of depression that leads to a dialogue revealing the possibility of healing depression through understanding life with a broader view. The frogs contemplate this idea and see the possibility of healing.

The Spiritual Academy invites everyone to share this video with anyone who might be interested.
